Please print or save a copy of your confirmation notice. While we do not anticipate any problem fulfilling your order, if a question or problem arises you will have the information necessary when you contact us.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your purchase when it is received. If it is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

Other Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we can only refund or exchange merchandise that is in saleable condition, with the original packaging. We will not refund the shipping & handling charges.

When returning an item please include the following:

  1. A sales receipt or packing slip. We need a receipt or packing slip to issue a refund to your charge card. If you do not provide your sales receipt or packing slip, we will issue a gift card. If we do not have the receipt or packing slip that states the price you paid, we will issue the gift card using the item's lowest selling price.
  2. A sheet of paper with the following printed legibly:
  • Your name
  • Billing address
  • E-mail
  • Phone number. We will need your phone number to confirm your credit card number for a refund.
  • Your Mass Audubon membership number if you are a member.
  • The reason for the return
